Sales Representative (Vehicle Rental)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established vehicle rental company, is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships. The role focuses on promoting flexible van, car and truck rental solutions to individuals and businesses across KwaZulu‑Natal and Mpumalanga.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities through enquiries, referrals, networking, events and other sales channels.
• Engage professionally with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, messages and on‑site visits, building long‑term relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations and follow up promptly to maximise conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Assist with rental rate management and coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements accurately.
• Maintain accurate client records, quotations and sales documentation.
• Travel as needed to meet clients, conduct site visits and uncover new opportunities.
