Sales Representative – Vehicle & Fleet Tracking (Cape Town)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions in Cape Town. The role involves building relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients and insurance brokers to meet aggressive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets: ~50 new fleet management systems and ~20 risk management systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, corporate businesses and insurance brokers.
• Deliver product presentations to audiences ranging from workshop staff to directors.
• Prepare and submit reports, broker/service level agreements and ensure credit approval for customers.
• Maintain the branch’s customer database and manage after‑sales service to promote repeat business.

Required profile

• Male, preferably 30–45 years old.
• Minimum five years’ experience in fleet, truck, transport or vehicle‑tracking sales.
• Member of CIT/IRTE or similar professional body (preferred).
• Qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Afrikaans is a plus.
• Valid passenger vehicle driver’s licence (code 8) with no endorsements.
• Clean criminal record and willingness to travel as required.
• Professional appearance, clean‑shaven and wear corporate attire.
