About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote Bolwa Security Services’ solutions in Johannesburg. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue for the security portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers within the security sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate security products and services to prospective buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations and follow‑up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of sales experience in the security industry.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated, confident and target‑driven.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (advantageous).
