Sales Representative – Precast Concrete Products

About the role

An established manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete products is looking for an ambitious, energetic Sales Representative to grow new business and nurture existing client relationships in the Pretoria area.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular calls, meetings and site visits.
• Identify, approach and secure new customers within the assigned market.
• Promote the full range of precast concrete products, including paving bricks, kerbs, bollards and manholes.
• Attend customer site meetings, product demonstrations and industry events.
• Deliver product samples, gather market intelligence and report insights to management.
• Accurately record orders, quotations, deliveries and customer interactions in the CRM and accounting systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring market trends.
• Support office‑based enquiries, quotations and tender preparation as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12/Matric qualification.
• Proven sales record in precast concrete, paving or related construction materials.
• Practical knowledge of paving bricks, kerbs, bollards and manholes.
• Valid driver’s licence; own reliable vehicle preferred.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
