Sales Representative – Multiple South African Cities

About the role

PG Building Glass, the leading distributor of float, mirror and smart glass in Southern Africa, is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to cover several key markets. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share and delivering exceptional service across glazing, hardware and aluminium fabrication sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent hardware stores, chains and key customers.
• Execute sales strategies to maximise product volume, market penetration and profitability.
• Manage customer deals, promotional activities and pricing compliance.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the Skynamo CRM, including quotations, pipelines and call reports.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within glazing, hardware or aluminium fabrication markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for record‑keeping and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Skynamo CRM platform.
