About the role

We are seeking a confident and charismatic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will engage prospects through phone and email, build genuine relationships, understand client needs, and guide conversations toward successful sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Establish trust and rapport with prospects, positioning the company as a reliable partner.
Ask insightful questions to uncover client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads to keep sales pipelines moving.
Represent the company professionally in all communications.

Required profile

Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a similar client‑facing role.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Charismatic, personable communication style with strong relationship‑building abilities.
Patient, persistent, and comfortable with regular follow‑up.
Resourceful, quick‑thinking, and results‑driven.
