Sales Representative

About the role

RGBC, a leading distributor of global spirits and champagne brands in South Africa, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for the Limpopo region. Based in Mokopane, you will cover key districts such as Bella Bella, Thabazimbi, Lepahalale, Modimolle and Groblersdal, driving brand availability and sales growth across off‑trade and limited on‑trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve brand availability targets per channel and ensure correct implementation of brand equity guidelines.
• Promote selected brands, manage national promotion strategies and optimise ROI.
• Maintain a 100% call rate, correctly code outlets and complete all required administration and reporting.
• Interact responsibly with consumers, gather market intelligence and relay feedback.
• Manage financial assets, adhere to discount parameters, and ensure timely return of PODs and credit notes.
• Maintain company vehicle, monitor mileage and use promotional stock responsibly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant FMCG or liquor industry experience.
• 3‑year tertiary education (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Strong product knowledge, understanding of category management and marketing principles.
• Customer‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Endurance for extended hours and travel within the assigned territory.
