Sales Representative – Hospitality & Restaurant FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with proven experience selling generic FMCG products to the hospitality sector – hotels, pubs, restaurants and related venues. Based in Johannesburg North, you will join a fast‑growing company and be responsible for expanding our client base while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new hospitality clients to promote our FMCG portfolio.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring repeat business.
• Generate sales, meet or exceed monthly targets, and report on performance.
• Handle order processing, invoicing and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely service, including fuel allowances where applicable.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience selling FMCG products specifically to hotels, pubs, restaurants or similar establishments.
• Established portfolio of hospitality clients.
• Own reliable transport for client visits.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work onsite.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of FMCG product lines.
• Understanding of hospitality industry purchasing processes.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
