Sales Representative – Gauteng Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to grow our customer base within the Gauteng manufacturing sector. You will be the front‑line link between our company and B2B clients, driving sales and ensuring strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new customer accounts based on market viability.
• Monitor monthly sales per customer using our Sales Management process.
• Extract daily sales data from the SAP system to compare actual versus target units and act accordingly.
• Provide monthly activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Introduce marketing and promotional ideas aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for route planning.
• Organise trade evenings and entertainment to strengthen customer relations.
• Support credit applications and work with debtors to keep outstanding balances under 45 days.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment according to policy.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• At least 2 years of external B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• SAP (sales data extraction and reporting).

What we offer

• Basic salary between R20 000 and R26 000 per month, dependent on experience.
• Commission structure.
