Sales Representative – Fashion Accessories

About the role

Bossi International is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand its fashion accessories wholesale business across KwaZulu‑Natal. You will work directly with retailers, building strong relationships and driving sales of trendy, high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Service an established customer base while generating new business opportunities in the KwaZulu‑Natal region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand awareness and increase sales.

Required profile

• Direct sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical front‑shop or fashion accessories.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market opportunities.
• South African resident with a valid driver’s licence and own licensed vehicle.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
