Sales Representative / Account Manager – Food Flavours & Colours

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated account manager to sell our clients' food flavours and colours and grow their customer base. Key responsibilities

• Sell food flavours and colours to the designated client base.
• Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct face‑to‑face customer meetings and meet weekly targets.
• Cold‑call prospects and meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Deliver sales presentations to management and stakeholders.
• Research customers, identify opportunities and present product offerings.
• Follow up systematically and close sales efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure service levels.
• Handle general administration, weekly reporting and strategy presentations.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure smooth order‑to‑delivery processes.

Required profile

• Bilingual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in commerce, food technology or a related science.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the food sector.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to derive sales actions from history.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Self‑driven, independent and motivated with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate terms and handle technical issues confidently.
