Sales Professional – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our growing US‑based business remotely. You will engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, from service providers to tech and e‑commerce companies, driving inbound and outbound business development while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via video call, phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
• Negotiate deals, handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain activity in HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Adhere to United States business hours for all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent English or Afrikaans accent.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• 1‑5 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and common CRM tools.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
