Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Representative will work full‑time on‑site at Saint Champagne Lounge in Cape Town. The role focuses on promoting the lounge, driving guest traffic and increasing revenue through targeted sales and marketing activities. You will interact directly with guests, support campaigns and help organise special events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the lounge and its curated beverage offerings to attract new and repeat guests.
• Engage with guests in person, handle inquiries and present current promotions and activations.
• Support and execute marketing campaigns, including assistance with social media and digital presence.
• Help organise special events, activations and partnership initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and prepare basic sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve customer experience and brand visibility.
• Build relationships with local partners and stakeholders to expand the lounge’s reach.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident interpersonal interaction.
• Excellent customer service orientation, focusing on responsiveness and professionalism.
• Proven sales and marketing abilities, including lead generation, upselling and relationship building.
• Ability to train and share product knowledge with team members.
• Reliable, organized and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

What we offer

• Starting salary of R20,000 per month.
