About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the MG brand at our Polokwane dealership. The role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Sales Department to ensure customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and sales‑profit goals.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to develop the sales business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular visits.
- Meet sales targets and stay updated with industry trends.
- Present mobility solutions that meet customer needs.
Required profile
- Relevant marketing qualification (advantageous) and at least 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong management and self‑driven abilities with high integrity.
- Knowledge of policies, business operations, marketing, computer applications, financial analysis and customer handling.
