Sales Learnership Programme 2025

About the role

The PepsiCo Sales Learnership Programme 2025 is a 12‑month paid learnership that provides hands‑on experience in sales, marketing and brand management within one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies. Participants will rotate through key sales functions, gaining practical skills in customer management, negotiations, route optimisation and stock control.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue and volume targets as set out in the Annual Operating Plan.
• Maintain a 100 % customer call rate to nurture relationships and address needs.
• Manage stock levels, cash flow and route optimisation to improve efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and maintain company assets such as vehicles and technology.

Required profile

• Three‑year Business or Commercial tertiary qualification.
• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence and Public Drivers Permit.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
