Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Image Pivot by acquiring new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. This full‑time position is based in Durban and focuses on high‑value sectors such as Alcohol, FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and digital platforms.
• Develop and execute a structured sales plan aligned with company targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of all sales opportunities.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key clients, conducting regular check‑ins and upselling where appropriate.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor contract renewals and proactively manage retention strategies.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback and pipeline activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in Alcohol, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverage sectors.
• Grade 12 or equivalent; diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
