Sales Executive – Hospitality Representation

About the role

RepresentCM is a boutique hospitality sales and marketing representation company that works with travel trade, corporate clients and industry partners across Southern and East Africa. We are seeking an experienced, driven Sales Executive who is passionate about travel and wants to make a real impact in a growing small business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships across the travel trade.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Represent RepresentCM and its portfolio professionally in the market.
• Plan and execute sales calls, presentations and client meetings.
• Achieve agreed sales objectives and contribute to business growth.
• Provide regular sales updates and market feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel sales, hospitality representation or travel trade sales.
• Experience working across a broad range of travel market segments.
• Based in Cape Town.
• Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Organised, pro‑active and results driven.
• High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
• Thrives in a collaborative small‑business environment.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Mobile telephone for business communication.
• Existing relationships within the South African travel trade are advantageous.
