Sales Executive – Glass & Aluminium (Fenestration)

About the role

Vogue Personnel is seeking a Sales Executive/Architectural Consultant for the fenestration (glass & aluminium) sector in the Cape Town area. The role involves attracting and securing fenestration projects while ensuring customer expectations are met throughout the project life‑cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12; technical background in construction or architecture is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of sales experience within the construction/architectural industry, with direct exposure to the window and door (fenestration) market.
• Proven ability to connect with architects, builders, quantity surveyors and homeowners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Self‑driven, hard‑working, well‑presented and honest, with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and technical fenestration designs.
• Knowledge of national building and fenestration regulations.
• Technical understanding of aluminium products used in fenestration.
• Ability to read and apply fenestration specifications.
