Sales Development Representative (US Hours)

About the role

Punch! is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to work US Eastern Standard Time. You will join a remote‑first, fast‑growing agency and help generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business via phone, social media and personalised email outreach.
• Qualify leads using defined criteria and ensure a high‑quality sales pipeline.
• Log all prospect interactions accurately in the CRM and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members, share best practices and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, sales development, telesales or lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to manage time, organise tasks and multitask effectively.
• Self‑starter attitude with ambition to grow into a leadership role.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM knowledge (advantageous).

• Salary range R300,000‑R400,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
