Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Beauty & Spa

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will build a pipeline of beauty and spa merchants, generate new business interest, and book qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues. This outbound, target‑driven position is office‑based in Cape Town and offers full training on the platform and market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of salons, spas, aesthetics clinics, wellness and grooming businesses.
• Cold‑call prospects daily to introduce the platform, generate interest and qualify partnership opportunities.
• Book and schedule meetings for Senior Sales Representatives, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Achieve weekly targets of 10 meetings booked and 7 meetings attended.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, call activity and lead status in the CRM.
• Handle early objections professionally and disqualify unsuitable prospects.
• Stay informed on beauty and spa market trends to keep conversations credible.
• Meet daily outbound call volume and talk‑time targets set by the manager.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with little or no sales experience as well as experienced SDRs.
• Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑growing environment.
