Sales Development Representative – Remote (US/UK)

About the role

LocalPlus is looking for a motivated, tech‑savvy Sales Development Representative to join its remote team. You will work with leads that have already expressed interest and help convert them into qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Call and book appointments for Business Development Representatives.
• Follow up with semi‑warm and warm leads to schedule meetings.
• Maintain an accurate, clean CRM with up‑to‑date information.
• Track and achieve weekly targets for demos, conversion rates, and closed deals.
• Proactively improve your sales approach and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong, fighter‑mindset with high motivation.
• Charismatic native‑level English speaker with minimal accent.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage a high volume of follow‑ups.
• Cold‑calling or marketing experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
