Sales Development Representative – Remote (UK Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our UK‑based marketing agency on a remote basis. You will work UK business hours, making high‑volume outbound calls to generate qualified meetings for our data‑driven sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to UK businesses and South African call centres.
• Book meetings for the UK team, ensuring appointments are with decision‑makers.
• Target companies actively purchasing leads and consumer data.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using calendar tools.

Required profile

• Highly driven and comfortable with a high call volume.
• Friendly, vibrant, professional communication style.
• Direct communicator able to adapt to multiple sectors.
• Self‑reliant approach to opening and closing calls, not dependent on scripts.

Required skills

• Experience with dialers/VOIP systems such as Aircall, RingCentral, Five9, GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with calendar management tools: Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar.
