Sales Development Representative – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Popsixle’s remote team in South Africa. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will focus on identifying and engaging prospects in the health‑and‑wellness advertising space, qualifying leads and booking meetings that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source marketing agencies and health‑and‑wellness brands using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn and Meta’s public Ad Library.
• Verify prospect email addresses and cross‑check CRM records before outreach.
• Craft highly personalized cold‑email sequences following Popsixle’s outreach standards.
• Qualify leads by confirming target market fit, decision‑maker status and meeting commitment.
• Book qualified sales meetings for the Director of Sales and track performance against monthly targets.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with a focus on personalization.
• Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time hours from a remote location.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable with performance‑driven metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for lead management.
• Basic proficiency in using AI‑assisted research tools.
