Sales Development Representative (Remote – SA/LATAM)

About the role

This remote Sales Development Representative position supports a fast‑moving real‑estate investment company based in Las Vegas. The SDR’s core mission is to engage homeowners, build trust quickly, and schedule qualified appointments for the closing team. The role operates on US business hours and serves candidates in South Africa or Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a power dialer to qualify leads from a database of 15,000+ active contacts and 500‑600 new inbound leads each month.
• Build immediate rapport, uncover motivations, timelines, and interest levels of potential sellers.
• Set qualified, in‑person appointments for the outside sales (closing) team.
• Manage follow‑up sequences for long‑nurture leads within the company CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine outreach and qualification criteria.

Required skills

• Experience with RingCentral or similar dialer platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and power‑dialing systems.
