Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

ToplineX is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to own the pipeline from the moment a prospect shows interest until a meeting is booked and held. This fully remote role works closely with the founder to ensure no qualified lead goes cold.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor campaign inboxes and reply to positive replies within 15 minutes during working hours.
• Call interested prospects, qualify them and secure booked meetings.
• Run multi‑touch follow‑up sequences (email, phone, SMS) over several days for prospects who have not booked.
• Maximise show rates through confirmations, reminders and re‑engaging no‑shows.
• Re‑engage inbound leads, older lists and previous contacts.
• Maintain a clean CRM with daily activity updates and weekly pipeline reports.
• Support the founder with pre‑call research, post‑call follow‑ups and proposal chasing.
• Eventually take ownership of outreach campaigns and design proactive outreach plays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR or appointment‑setting role, preferably B2B.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with senior, high‑value prospects.
• Desire for ownership of the pipeline rather than just task execution.
• Understanding of outbound lead generation, cold email and agency‑style outreach.
• Proactive mindset, able to spot and act on opportunities without prompting.
• Enjoys fast‑moving startup environments.
