Sales Development Representative

About the role

TargetBay is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to build our outbound sales pipeline across the United States. You will identify ecommerce brands and digital agencies, introduce our solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified ecommerce brands and agency prospects.
• Reach out to decision‑makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Start conversations, understand potential needs, and communicate TargetBay’s value.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate prospect information and activity in the CRM.
• Work toward monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence speaking with U.S.-based business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and coachable attitude.
• Reliable internet, headset, and a quiet workspace.
