Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to expand our client base in the legal, technology, and accounting sectors. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach and nurturing existing relationships, primarily targeting the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business from law firms, tech companies, and accounting firms.
• Conduct heavy outbound calling and digital outreach (email, LinkedIn) to generate leads.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, holding weekly check‑ins.
• Convert cold outreach and warm leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution and follow‑up.
• Market candidate profiles to clients.
• Leverage a historic leads database to revive opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA business hours (10:00 AM – 8:15 PM UK time).

• Competitive base salary of 30,000–40,000 RAND per month (experience‑based).
