Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to expand our client base in the legal, technology and accounting sectors. The role operates on USA business hours and focuses on generating new opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business from law firms, technology companies and accounting firms.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach (email, LinkedIn) to generate leads.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, holding weekly meetings to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Convert cold outreach and warm leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, oversee execution and follow‑up.
• Promote candidate profiles to clients and reactivate historic leads from the database.
• Contribute to the growth of the business in the US market.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Highly organized, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10:00 AM – 8:15 PM UK time).

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of 30,000–40,000 RAND per month, dependent on experience.
• Generous bonus structure with an OTE of 100,000 + RAND per month.
