Sales Dealership Advisor

About the role

OUTsurance is looking for a proactive Sales Dealership Advisor to join its Centurion team. The role focuses on converting leads into sales, primarily through telephone interactions, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads and quotes into sales, meeting quantity and quality targets.
• Contact potential clients by phone to generate interest and explain product benefits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of OUTsurance’s insurance products and services.
• Handle all inbound customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate regularly with Dealership account managers to ensure alignment.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑centre or telesales environment.
• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Strong sales orientation with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with initiative and tenacity.
