Sales Contact Centre Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

WNS Global Services is hiring an Operations Agent for its Sales Contact Centre in Cape Town on a night shift. The role suits inbound sales and service-centred call centre agents who enjoy facilitating sales by telephone. Candidates will deal with motivated car sellers who want to trade their vehicles via inbound calls or an online platform and need help getting the best deal for their vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from car sellers looking to sell their vehicles.
• Interrogate the information provided by sellers, identify opportunities or missing details and handle objections.
• Convert leads and close deals at the right time.

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in an inbound and/or outbound sales call centre environment.
• Prior sales experience with international customers is an advantage.
• Confident, self-motivated and results-driven, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proactive, professional and strongly customer-service oriented, with good emotional intelligence.
• Able to learn and master new information and processes quickly, deal with complexity, negotiate and influence, and take ownership of results.

Working hours

• 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, between 2 PM and 11 PM.
• Public holidays.
