About the role
We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial‑spirit individuals to join Grodirect as Sales Consultants in Johannesburg. The role focuses on building a customer network, presenting our products and helping families understand the benefits. Extensive training will be provided, and no prior sales experience is required. This position offers long‑term growth opportunities within a positive, encouraging company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand a network of prospective customers.
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce Grodirect’s product range.
- Explain product value and how it can benefit customers and their families.
- Attend training sessions and apply learned sales techniques.
- Meet agreed sales targets and maintain accurate customer records.
Required profile
- South African citizenship.
- Matric (minimum 50% average) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Disciplined, responsible, punctual and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow.
