Sales Consultant

About the role

This internal sales position is based in a showroom environment where you will engage directly with walk‑in clients, understand their needs and provide product guidance across tile and home‑improvement ranges. You will also process orders and quotations, contributing to the overall sales performance of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in clients to assess their requirements.
• Offer product advice and solutions for tile and home‑improvement items.
• Prepare and manage quotations and orders with high accuracy.
• Maintain administrative records within the showroom.
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Participate in the monthly branch profit‑share scheme as a member of the sales team.

Required profile

• Previous retail or internal sales experience.
• Strong customer engagement and closing abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail for order and quotation management.
• Proactive, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
• Showroom experience is preferred.
