Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to generate leads and drive sales of our management information software to education institutions across Africa. Working remotely from South Africa, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with principals, business managers and IT professionals, and promote a solution that enhances the learning environment for teachers, staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and sales opportunities within the education sector.
• Cold‑call and directly email prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
• Achieve set call and outreach targets on a daily/weekly basis.
• Market and promote the management information software to schools and colleges.
• Conduct product demos and follow‑up to convert leads into customers.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunication sales, lead generation or call‑center environments.
• Proven track record of converting leads into sales.
• Strong communication, selling and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, ambitious and able to work independently.
