Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Sales Consultant to join our fast‑growing team at Nxatel, a modern unified communications platform serving small and medium businesses across Africa. This role offers the chance to develop deep knowledge of the telecommunications sector while contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain an accurately forecasted pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct tele‑marketing, cold calling, email and social media outreach to potential customers.
• Provide customers with quotations and set up appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to meet KPIs and monthly targets.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM system.
• Attend conferences, industry events and research new market opportunities for Nxatel.

• Motivation for sales and a genuine interest in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
