About the role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant (Global Grade 10) to drive new, used and rental equipment sales across assigned territories. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while managing customer relationships and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Meet month-to-month sales targets in new, used and rental equipment.
- Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories.
- Effective territory management.
- Accurately and efficiently handle sales administrative tasks.
- Self‑manage performance and own results.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process.
Required profile
- B.Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma, Red Seal or equivalent.
- Grade 12 education.
- Strong customer relationship development.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Business development and presentation skills.
- Process compliance orientation.
- Knowledge of CAT product line, accessories and work tools.
- Understanding of CAT equipment and industry.
- Facilitation and relationship development skills.
