Sales & Business Manager – Howick

About the role

One of our valued clients in the roofing and building materials sector, based in the KwaZulu‑Natal Midlands, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will also act as a Business Manager. The role requires a hands‑on individual who will take ownership, work independently and help develop systems, processes and new business opportunities. Applicants must reside in and around Howick.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain key client relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage day‑to‑day business operations.
• Oversee customer relationship management and business management competencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience.
• Experience in roofing, steel, building materials, construction or related industries is preferred.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding with a proven ability to generate new business.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary starting from R20 000 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
