Sales & Business Development Representative – South Africa

About the role

A&R Engineering Group of Companies is seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to expand its high‑tech solutions across South Africa and other African markets. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for cutting‑edge safety and mining technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Research and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create strategies for expanding the client base.
• Present and demonstrate high‑tech solutions to prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Required profile

• National diploma in an engineering‑related field (preferred).
• Sales or marketing qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of high‑tech industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
