About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our brand during a maternity cover period. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote our product range and help achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions to exceed expectations.
- Monitor personal sales performance against set targets.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying current with décor and fashion trends.
- Seek out new sales opportunities and drive additional revenue.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven with a focus on results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Independent, initiative‑taking and detail‑oriented.
- Proven ability to build customer loyalty and handle negotiations.
