About the role

Join Totalsports as a Sales Associate at the Mall of Tembisa and become the face of our brand. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, help shoppers find the right products, and contribute to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Track personal sales performance against set targets.
• Sell a wide range of sports and lifestyle products while staying current on décor and fashion trends.
• Seek out new sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Passionate about people and customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
