About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent our Totalsports brand on the Garden Route. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure the store is always ready for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide an amazing customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
- Seek new sales opportunities.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people.
- Target driven and experience focused.
