About the role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to represent our brand at Jet Baywest, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, providing amazing customer experiences.
- Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven and experience‑focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Commitment to adhering to standards and continual improvement.
