About the role
Join JET as a Sales Associate in Etwatwa, representing the brand and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customers leave satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing amazing customer experiences.
- Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying current with décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and experience‑focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
- High attention to detail, initiative, and strong customer‑service orientation.
