About the role
The FIX Brand Trading is looking for a Sales Associate to join its store in George, Western Cape. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales of a diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the brand and provide an amazing customer experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and delivering the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Demonstrates adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Shows ability to make effective decisions and continuously improve processes.
