About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our Totalsports brand at Kathu Mall, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide amazing customer experience.
• Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Replenish stock to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.
• Maintain awareness of sales targets and report performance regularly.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
