About the role
Join JD Sports at Midlands Mall as a Sales Associate, representing the brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, maintain stock levels, and stay current with fashion trends.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide an amazing customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while keeping up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven and focused on achieving results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Independent work style with initiative.
- High level of attention to detail.
