Sales Associate – 120hr Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Fabiani store in Cradlestone on a 120‑hour maternity‑cover basis. You will represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Track personal sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Seek new sales opportunities and drive additional revenue.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Passionate about people and customer service.
• Target‑driven and results‑focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
