About the role
Join Jet’s Baywest store as a Sales Associate, delivering an energetic and engaging experience for customers. You will represent the brand, promote a diverse product range, and help drive sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and creating excitement around products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Track personal sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest décor and fashion trends to advise customers effectively.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for shoppers.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Target‑driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
