Sales Associate (120hr)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Volpes store at Mall of the North. In this role you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales across our diverse product range.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, staying current with décor and fashion trends.
• Monitor personal sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
• Maintain store presentation by replenishing stock and ensuring the floor is ready for shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold visual standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Passionate about people, target‑driven and focused on delivering results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
