About the role
We are seeking a Sales Associate to cover maternity leave at Totalsports in Birch Acres Mall. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales of a diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide amazing customer experiences.
- Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Replenish stock to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Adhering to Standards – ensures quality and compliance in work delivery.
- Continual Improvement – actively seeks ways to improve processes.
- Decision Making – analyses complex situations for effective choices.
- Customer‑focused – consistently delivers exceptional service.
