About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Foschini store in King Williamstown. The role involves representing the brand, delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting store operations on a 120‑hour weekly schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions to exceed expectations.
- Track personal sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest décor and fashion trends while selling a diverse product range.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and take initiative.
- Commitment to meeting customer expectations and building loyalty.
